Location and transfers outside the European Union
Your data is primarily stored within the European Union:
- Laravel Holdings, Inc. hosts your data in Ireland (EU). As the legal entity is US-based, your data may theoretically be subject to a legal request in the United States; such transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
- Google Ireland Limited (Workspace) processes your data in Ireland (EU).
- Brevo SAS processes your data in France (EU).
Your data may be transferred outside the EU:
- To the United States by Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN and reverse proxy), covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and standard contractual clauses as fallback.
- To Canada by Conva Ventures Inc. (Fathom Analytics), covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision recognising Canada as providing an adequate level of protection.
Fathom Analytics additionally applies EU Isolation: data from European visitors is routed to EU servers and anonymised before any international transit.
